Tara Kleinman, RN Tara is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College in 2000. She is licensed by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing. Tara is a member of the Organization of Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants. She is certified by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine in combined use of BTX-A (Botox Cosmetic) and dermal fillers for facial enhancement. She is the nurse for Dr. Scott Huebsch of PCI-ENT Head & Neck Surgery. Tara also has over 7 years experience in Otolaryngology (ears, nose and throat) nursing.

Kris Ward, RN Kris is a graduate of Kirkwood Community College in 1986 for her Associates of Applied Science in Medical Assisting and in 2009 for an Associates Degree in Nursing. Kris also attended the University of Iowa. She is licensed by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing. Kris is certified by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine in combined use of BTX-A (Botox Cosmetic) and dermal fillers for facial enhancements. She is a nurse for Dr. Ryan Dempewolf, ENT Head & Neck Surgery as of June 2010. She is the former nurse of Family Practice Associates for over 22 years.
